In early stages, when the cancer is very small, no symptoms. This explains why many men have this cancer early situation and perhaps will not ever know in a lifetime.

In these initial stages, other men are diagnosed with prostate cancer casually, whether on routine examination or an intervention for benign prostate growth. Sometimes this benign growth have any area where prostate cancer is diagnosed.

As the size of the tumor may occur difficulties urinating, which can reach the urinary obstruction or inability to urinate progresses. The involvement of lymph nodes near the prostate does not provide special symptoms.

Instead, bone pain may correspond, when established the diagnosis of prostate cancer, in its spread to the skeleton, frequent, if present, of metastasis of prostate cancer.
